Retirement Plan Documents for You (RPD4U)
starkpensions.com

The Loren D. Stark Company is proud to present a participant level website that is dedicated to communicating retirement plan information directly and automatically to employees. RPD4U is mobile and tablet friendly, so participants can access their retirement plan information at their convenience. This feature is especially convenient for communicating plan information, such as Safe Harbor notices, Abbreviated Plan Explanations, and Summary Material Modifications, just to name a few. The website also has the ability to document employee enrollment and monitor the successful receipt of email notifications.

When signing up for this service, plan sponsors have the option of automatically enrolling their employees, or allowing them to do so on their own, via the enrollment section of the website. After the enrollment is complete, employees will receive an email announcing the availability of newly uploaded information.

When relaying plan notices to employees, plan sponsors are required to use the most appropriate form of distribution/communication to ensure successful delivery. There is no guarantee that RPD4U is the most acceptable form of distribution for required notices. If you would like to learn more about this service, please contact your plan consultant.

OUR BEGINNING:

During the depths of the depression, Loren D. Stark made a survey to determine the most promising city in the United States destined to become a metropolis of great commerce and industry. His search revealed that city was Houston. In July 1938, he moved from Oklahoma to Texas to become an agent for the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company. He arrived with a vision not only to support his considerable family, but to serve his clients with expertise and integrity. That was the genesis of the Loren D. Stark Company, Inc. (LDSCO).

His son, Donald D. Stark, after graduating from Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, and serving as a lieutenant in the Navy, returned in 1957 to carry on the legacy of his father's vision.

Today LDSCO has an ongoing mission and commitment to the development and integration of state-of-the-art technology and service for providing our client with the most comprehensive retirement plans available. Over 100 employees currently perform these services for more than 2300 plans.
