It with great pleasure that we announce a partnership with Loren D. Stark Company.  Although we will have a new name, we will continue to provide the same quality services in the future.

Our decision to partner with Loren D Stark Company was made with our clients and advisors in mind.  Our values are similar, with the focus on personalized client service.  Our clients are most important to us and this partnership allows us to continue what we started more than 20 years ago.

The partnership between SBC Benefit Consultants and Loren D Stark Company enables us to provide additional retirement plan opportunities, including ESOPs and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements.  In addition, we will have enhanced technological capabilities and an array of resources to be able to continue to serve our clients at the highest level.

Be assured that you will not experience a change in your primary plan contact as a result of the partnership.  In addition, as principals of the combined firm, we will continue to provide guidance and consulting to all of our clients and staff over the years to come.
